Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our store and add any items that you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be directed to the secure server (Barclays Bank). We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be shipped. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Confirmation of Your Order

When we receive your order, we will email you to confirm that we have received and accepted your order. We will send an receipt with your order.

Dispatch

We try to keep all items in stock and therefore aim to deliver your order within 5 working days. We will email you to say that your order has been dispatched. orders are shipped either by Royal Mail for smaller items or via overnight carrier. The carrier may leave a card if noone is available to accept the order. In this case you must retrieve the item from the local depot as we cannot be held responsible for any additional carriage costs.

Returns

All products carry a 7 day money back guarantee and must be returned within that time.The item must be in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. We advise that you return any goods by recorded Royal Mail. Please email us to say that you will be returning your order.

Back orders

If any of your order is not available within 14 days we can back order it for you, you will be contacted with the option to cancel if you wish.

All goods are sold subject to availability.
